What a great company!!! Cody and his team Dakota, Joseph and Candelaria are all top notch. We had them install a new gas furnace and a hot water heater. They also did a thorough duct cleaning as well. Professional, courteous and their attention to detail made American AC & Heat one of the best companies I've done business with in all my 64 years. Our furnace went out overnight. I called American AC & Heat first thing in the morning and spoke with a representative. I was told a service tech could come by between 9:00 and noon that morning (good news!). The tech, Dakota, called at 10:00 to let us know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes, and he did. He was very courteous. He quickly found the problem with our system and explained what was wrong and what he would do to remedy it. And voila, he did. The charge for the repair was a pleasant surprise. Given our experience, we can unreservedly recommend American AC & Heat.

I gave the company a call and got my call answered pretty quickly and the guy was really nice and professional as well and had no problem sending two guys over to help me fix my ac. The two guys were very professional as well keeping me updated on what was going on with my ac and what needs to be replaced and there price as well is really good and affordable. I know I sound like I'm paid to say this but I am not and I really recommend people to call this company if you have any ac problem 😀

If your system needs work these guys will not disappoint! After hearing our pump needs replaced we gave them a call and they sent out Cody. Cody was truly an awesome, genuine, honest guy with a lot of knowledge. By the time he left our heater was up and running (without replacing the pump) and he left with a smile! Despite my efforts trying to install a new A/C unit, this company was the only one (out of many that I called) who were responsive, fast, on-time, called when they were on their way, and same day service! I would have been without A/C again. The crew was great, the technology and equipment was elite to move large units, and did a complete walk through of the install afterwards. I can't say enough about this local, licensed company. Although I was willing to pay almost anything to get A/C running, the price was fair and beat other quotes I got. You can't beat skilled tradesmen, with the right equipment, customer service and a fair price. Hard to beat!!

They installed a new furnace for us. They were very fast to respond and seemed knowledgable when we asked questions. When installing they talked me through everything they were doing and explained why. They seemed to be working hard to do a quality job rather than just a fast fix. It took longer than they expected because of a problem with our location and stayed to make sure it was done correctly. It has been two days and everything has been great so far.

It was the middle of winter and we were without heat, and even though it was a Saturday, Cody offered to come over right then. We had received multiple quotes, and American AC&Heat's was the lowest by a long-shot. They kept in constant communication from quote to inspection, answered our many questions and concerns, took great care in addressing our previous unit's noise issue, and were prompt, professional, courteous and clean. My mother’s heater needed to be replaced and Cody went above and beyond to get the job completed. We ran into some problems with the owner of the trailer park and Cody went out of his way to get additional insurance that covers manufactured homes and stayed at my mothers house until inspectors came out. Our inducer motor went out the day after Christmas. American AC & Heat was 1/3 the cost of the other 3 local big named businesses and came after 5 PM with no upcharge, so I didn't have to miss work and loose more $. If they didn't have to wait for the part they would've fixed it the same day! As an accountant I can say, this is the type of businesses Albuquerque's economy desperately needs! More $ in the consumers' pocket = more money to spend on food, clothes, and other needed commodities. Cody is a life saver. My AC fan broke over the 4th of July weekend and Cody came over at 10 pm to diagnose and fixed it. He is very responsive and his work is of the highest quality. I recently employed Cody with American AC&Heat to replace two different furnaces. I initially found him on Craig's List and hit the jackpot! In both instances, he showed up the same day, was extremely respectful and responsive to all my questions, and behold, both furnaces were installed the very same day! He also cleaned up the mess and removed the old furnaces. No drama, no scare tactics. I restore older homes, and find the excellent customer service Cody provided extremely rare these days.
