I called American AC & Heat first thing in the morning and spoke with a representative. I was told a service tech could come by between 9:00 and noon that morning (good news!). The tech, Dakota, called at 10:00 to let us know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes, and he did. He was very courteous. He quickly found the problem with our system and explained what was wrong and what he would do to remedy it. And voila, he did. The charge for the repair was a pleasant surprise.
